SAFFELS, District Judge.

Petitioner, currently an inmate at Hutchinson Correctional Facility, Hutchinson, Kansas, proceeds on a petition for writ of habeas corpus, filed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was convicted of two counts of rape and two counts of aggravated robbery. The charges covered two separate incidents, involving two separate vie*1160tims, T.J. and S.S. Petitioner challenges the sufficiency of the evidence supporting the convictions, and claims the convictions resulted from violations of his constitutional rights to due process.
