SENTELLE, Circuit Judge:

Christopher Sherod appeals from a judgment of conviction for possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine. He asserts that there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction and that the trial court erred by not granting a downward departure from the Sentencing Guidelines. We find that neither of those contentions is properly before us. As to the first, the defendant failed to renew his motion for judgment of acquittal at the close of all evidence.
