This suit was brought by appellants, S. Lavinia Feris and K. R. Feris, against Robert A. Bassett, county attorney, C. H. Chernosky, county judge, and H. W. Collins, sheriff of Ft. Bend county, and T. B. Wessendorff, mayor of the city of Richmond, and their successors in office, to restrain the defendants from interfering with plaintiffs’ possession of a parcel of land described in the petition as. a part of lots Nos. 1 and 16, Uorden’s addition to the city of Richmond, and which it is alleged the defendants are claiming the right to occupy jind use as a public street or…
