Reversing.

By her petition, as amended, Docia Rudd sued to recover $4,500 from the Louisville Cooperage Company, as the value of standing timber on a tract of land owned by her and cut and removed 24 years before by the defendant. Plaintiff alleged that at the time she was 12 years of age; had married before becoming 21; and had been ever since a married woman. Several defenses were made. To avoid the plea of limitations, the plaintiff pleaded disabilities of infancy and coverture. A verdict for the sum asked with interest from January, 1914, was…
