Following a jury trial, Norris Franklin Horner a/k/a Ricky Wayne Stillwell appeals his conviction of theft by taking an automobile, contending that the trial court erred in (1) denying Horner’s motion for a directed verdict and his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict alleging the insufficiency of the evidence; (2) admission of prior convictions from North Carolina; (3) admission of evidence of a separate auto theft in Newnan, Georgia; and (4) allowing witness identification of a booking photo.
