ROSS, Circuit Judge.

The bill in this suit, which is brought to foreclose' the lien of a certain mortgage or trust deed executed by the Bear Valley Irrigation Company to the complainant, and of certain receiver’s certificates issued pursuant to orders of this court made in the preceding case of James Gilbert Poster against Bear Valley Irrigation Company, was filed September 16, 1895. A. A. Grant, L. A. Grant, and John B.
