THOMSEN, District Judge.
In these companion actions, which have been consolidated for trial and heard by the court without a jury, the Secretary of Labor seeks to enjoin the defendants from alleged violations of the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C.A. § 201, et seq., by failing to pay to building service employees the minimum wages and overtime required by the Act.
