GARDNER, Justice.

I. Introduction

Appellant Hartford Underwriters Insurance Company appeals from a judgment based on a jury verdict awarding Appellee Jean Burdine lifetime benefits under a workers’ compensation claim. In three issues, Hartford contends that the jury’s findings are insufficient to support the judgment for lifetime benefits under the Texas Workers’ Compensation Act, that there is legally and factually insufficient evidence to support the jury’s findings, and that the trial court’s judgment improperly awarded future medical benefits under the Texas Workers’ Compensation…
