On June 16, 1927, the International Harvester Company of America and others filed petition as creditors of the Shreveport Nu-Grape Bottling Company, Inc., alleging that the defendant’s property had been abandoned, and praying for a receiver to be appointed to operate the defendant company as a going concern. A receiver was appointed and operated the bottling plant for a period of practically one year.
