ROBSON, District Judge.
This is an action by the Metropolitan Sanitary District of Greater Chicago to recover treble damages under the antitrust laws for alleged overcharges on the purchase of electrical equipment from defendants—the corporate manufacturers of the equipment and present or past officers of the corporations.1 2The twenty-six individual defendants filed motions to quash service of process pursuant to Section 17 of the Illinois Civil Practice Act.2 No individual defendant is a resident of Illinois, and each was served extraterritorially pursuant to Section 17 and Rule 4(d) (7) 3…
