This was an appeal from the probate court to the district court from an order allowing administrator’s fees and attorney fees upon the final settlement of a decedent’s estate. No other orders of the final settlement were appealed. The controversy was between two organizations of the Methodist Church (appellants in the district court) and the administrator de bonis non cum testa-mento annexo, hereafter referred to as administrator.
