The appellant county claims that the trial court erred: (1) In holding the county liable for the amount of the tax certificates against lands to which the county took tax deeds. (2) In refusing to offset against the town’s claim the amount of the county taxes levied against the town in the years 1927, 1928, and 1929 not collected and paid over by the town treasurer.
