ELLIS, Judge.

This is a suit against New Amsterdam Casualty Company as the insurer of George Potter, recovery being sought under •the workmen’s compensation by Joseph Leon Douga. Plaintiff is presently interdicted and represented in these proceedings ;by his curator, Joseph D. Douga.

The trial court gave judgment for the •plaintiff finding him totally and permanently disabled as a result of an accident which •occurred in the scope of his employment .and granting him “the sum of $29.25 per week beginning on December 16, 1956 and •continuing during the disability of the said Joseph Leon Douga,…
