{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the August 2, 2017 Notice of Appeal of Adrian Bizzell. Bizzell appeals from his judgment entry of conviction, following no contest pleas, to one count of having weapons while under disability (prior offense of violence), in violation of R.C. 2923.13(A)(2)(B), a felony of the third degree, and one count of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle (loaded/no license), in violation of R.C. 2923.16(B), a felony of the fourth degree.
