By THE COURT.

Submitted on motion of the defendant-appellant seeking an order for an award of expense money and counsel fees in connection with the prosecution of her appeal. The record discloses that the action was instituted as one for divorce, brought by the husband, plaintiffappellee. The wife answered by filing a general denial and cross-petition seeking only alimony. The court denied the husband a divorce and awarded the wife the sum of “$200.00 per month until such time as (she) is able to resume work.” The wife is appealing on questions of law from the award granting her…
