Appellant, Quaynell Duron King, is currently before this Court appealing his convictions in two separate cases from Fay-ette Circuit Court. In the first, he was sentenced to seventeen years’ imprisonment after being found guilty of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, second-degree fleeing or evading, and of being a persistent felony offender (PFO) in the first degree.
