Plaintiff, a minor, seeks in this action to recover damages for injuries alleged to have been incurred by reason of the negligence of the defendants in the construction, maintenance and operation of a toboggan slide within the city of Devils Lake. The several defendants demurred to the complaint. The demurrers of the defendant city and of the defendant park board (Park District), were sustained.
