PAULSON, Justice.
This is an appeal by the State from an order of the District Court of Cass County granting Adam John Dilger’s motion to suppress evidence. We dismiss the appeal.
The appellee, Adam John Dilger, was charged with murder, a Class AA felony, in violation of Section 12.1-16-01 of the North Dakota Century Code. Dilger filed several motions to suppress.
