LE BLANC, Justice.

This is a suit to have a boundary line between the adjacent properties of the respective parties litigant, situated in Caddo Parish, judicially fixed. The land involved between the disputed lines consists of a strip approximately 80x 1320 feet.

After trial in the district court, judgment was rendered on March 10, 1952, fixing the boundary and on March 21, 1952, the judgment so rendered was signed.

On the same day that the judgment was signed, all parties to the suit entered into a stipulation to the effect that the property involved had a value in excess of $5000. Five days…
