Donald Edward Ireland and his wife are petitioners for relief under Chapter 7 of Title 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. The trustee administering the debtors’ estate has filed this adversary proceeding to avoid a chattel mortgage on one 1979 Chevrolet Chevette automobile, VIN 1B08E9Y371259. The mortgage is held by the Brewer Savings Bank of Brewer, Maine.

The matter was heard on April 16, 1981, and submitted to the Court for decision.
