OPINION AND ORDER

EDELSTEIN, District Judge:

Plaintiff, John Rodrigues (“Rodrigues”), brought this civil action against the Village of Larchmont (the “Village”) and a number of Village officials. 1 The poorly drafted complaint 2 alleges a number of constitutional deprivations including a violation of “plaintiff’s constitutional and common law right to due process of law and equal protection of the law,” a violation of plaintiff’s fifth and fourteenth amendment rights to due process of law and equal protection, a conspiracy to deny him the rights guaranteed to him under the Constitution and laws…
