Alfred K. Riblet died February 17,1927, leaving a will dated April 20,1922, which was probated March 9, 1927. After making specific bequests of certain items of personal prop•erty, he gave the life use of the remainder of his estate and the income therefrom to his sister, Anna E. Riblet, upon condition that she pay the taxes, municipal claims, costs of insurance and repairs to the buildings and the expense of the administration of his estate. The said Anna E.
