This is a suit based upon the alleged wrongful discharge of a servant.- Sanders, as plaintiff in the lower court, brought suit against the plaintiff in error, and alleged, in substance; That in the early part of 1911 plaintiff entered into the service of the dry goods company under a contract that he was to remain in its employ until September 1, 1911, at the rate of $65 per month'.
