MEMORANDUM OPINION
WILSON, District Judge.
This is an action by Alice Stafford against Radford Community Hospital, Carilion Health Systems (Carilion) and VHA, Inc. (VHA). Stafford has alleged that she was wrongfully discharged from employment in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 et seq., the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1991 (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and Virginia’s public policy as articulated in the Virginia Human Rights Act, Virginia Code § 2.1-715.
