The appellants, Stillwell-Bierce & Smith-Vale Company, Carver Cotton Gin Company, Briggs Machinery & Supply Company, J. C. Weaver, Kentucky Refining Company, and Stubbs & May, in their own behalf and in behalf of other creditors, brought suit as intervenors in the matter of the receivership of the Groesbeek Cotton Oil, Gin & Compress Company, against the receiver, W. P. Brown, and the sureties on his bond as receiver, to wit: Rod Oliver, W. T. Campbell and Sol Nusbaum to recover the sum of $25,000, the amount of said bond, alleging in substance that said receiver had…
