Appeals (1) from an order of the Family Court of Montgomery County (Catena, J.), entered September 25, 1989, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, for custody of the parties’ child, and (2) from an order of said court, entered September 27, 1989, which terminated petitioner’s support obligations.
