Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Onondaga County (Norman W Seiter, Jr., J.), entered January 3, 2005. The order granted defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from be and the same hereby is affirmed without costs.

Memorandum: Plaintiff commenced this action seeking damages for libel, slander, defamation and personal injuries based on defendants’ alleged negligence in issuing an arrest warrant charging plaintiff with acts of sexual abuse.
