MEMORANDUM OPINION

AUBREY E. ROBINSON, Jr., District Judge.

This is a motion by defendants Catherine Bowles and William A. Lockwood for relief from judgment under Rule 60(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and for a trial on kinship. The record in this case¡ originally an action for declaratory judgment, dates back to 1952 and involves facts from as early as 1910.
