Appellant was convicted on two counts: burglary and arson in the first degree. The sole question presented by this appeal is whether the evidence is sufficient to support the jury verdict on both counts. Held:

The evidence presented by the state at trial showed that a dwelling house belonging to Mrs. Ethel Etheridge was burglarized while she was out of town visiting relatives. The burglary was discovered by Mrs. Etheridge’s caretakers whom she had asked to look after the house during her absence.
