Petitioner, by order to show cause filed on July 11, 2002, seeks an order from this court pursuant to Public Health Law § 2992 determining the validity of a certain health care proxy executed by patient, Yvette Casimiro, on October 31, 1995, and a living will/power of attorney executed by said patient on April 3, 1997.
