DECISION AND ORDER
INTRODUCTION
On December 12, 2017, Plaintiff Alexandra Cimino Winner brought this action for sex-based discrimination and retaliation against Defendant Tryko Partners, LLC pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e - 2000e-17, and the New York State Human Rights Law ("NYSHRL"), N.Y. Exec. Law §§ 290 - 301. ECF No. 1. On January 29, 2018, Defendant filed a Motion to Dismiss. ECF No. 8.
