On this date came on to be considered by the Court an appeal from the bankruptcy court’s final judgment denying debtor Cluck’s complaint for determination of income tax liability under Title 11 U.S.C. § 505(a). The Court has duly considered appellant Cluck’s pro se brief on appeal and appellee United States of America’s responses thereto.
