OPINION
ONION, Presiding Judge.
This appeal is taken from a conviction for capital murder. Punishment was assessed at death by the court in accordance with *773the jury’s affirmative answers to the two special issues submitted pursuant to Article 37.071(b)(1) and (2), Y.A.C.C.P.
Appellant advances sixteen grounds of error. This is a circumstantial evidence case.
