—In a proceeding pursuant to Business Corporation Law § 1104-a for judicial dissolution of a closely held corporation, the petitioners appeal, as limited by their brief, from stated *407portions of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Belen, J.), dated October 15, 1997, which, inter alia, denied their petition to dissolve the corporation.

Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof denying the petition for dissolution; as so modified, the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, without costs or disbursements, and the matter is remitted to the…
