This matter comes before the Court on Motion by Plaintiff West Liberty Foods, *954L.L.C.1 (West Liberty) to Vacate in Part and Confirm in Part a Certain Arbitration Award (Motion to Vacate) and on Motion by Defendant Moroni Feed Company (Moroni) for Confirmation of Arbitration Award (Motion for Confirmation).
