By this action plaintiffs seek the return of all identifiable moneys which were on hand on the date which this suit was instituted, October 16,1967; or which have been collected since that date either under general ad valorem taxes or under the provisions of the defendant township’s sewer finance ordinance for the purpose of paying the annual assessment against the township by the drainage district.
