The Greeson Manufacturing Company sold to the county board of education of Elmore county certain building material to be used in the construction of a school building at Kent in said county, known as the Providence school building. The material was furnished at the request of the county superintendent of education to said board of education, and was used in the construction of the Prdvidence school building. Á portion of the bill for the material was paid from time to time by the county board in checks, but there remains a balance due of $1,230.40, which the board declines to pay,…
