The action was ejectment commenced July 22d 1867, by Samuel Piersol against Thomas Neill, Sr., for lot No. 157, in the borough of Freedom. On the trial, March 24th 1869, before Acheson, P. J., the plaintiff called John Brown, who proved the articles hereafter mentioned ; plaintiff then gave in evidence.

Two errors are assigned on this record.
