By Order dated March 3, 2010 (the “March 3 Order”) the Court granted in part the summary judgment motion of plaintiff Jo Davis Hallingby (“Hallingby”), as Executrix of the Estate of Paul Hallingby, Jr., finding that the defendant Mai V. Hallingby, now known as Mai V.
