Introduction

Plaintiff, a prisoner incarcerated in the State Prison of Southern Michigan-Central Complex, Jackson, Michigan, filed a complaint alleging that defendants violated his rights under the federal constitution. 1 Plaintiff contends that defendants retaliated against him for initiating legal proceedings against certain employees at his place of incarceration.
