Appellants/cross-appellees Multi-Craft Contractors, Inc., and Gallagher Bassett Services (collectively "Multi-Craft") appeal the decision of the Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission ("Commission") awarding benefits to employee appellee/cross-appellant, Rick Yousey. As pertinent to this appeal, the Commission found that Yousey was entitled to a permanent anatomical-impairment rating of 29 percent for his brain injury and 24 percent for his left-eye injury, both to the body as a whole.
