Judgment reversed, plea vacated, and matter remitted to Onondaga County Court for further proceedings on the indictment. Memorandum: Defendant entered a plea of guilty to assault in the first degree in satisfaction of a nine-count indictment arising from a shooting incident in defendant’s apartment on October 31, 1980. During the plea colloquy defendant specifically denied intentionally shooting the victims, stating rather that he shot at the door in order to frighten them.
