This was a suit by the Farmers’ Loan & Trust Company against the Northern Pacific Railroad Company for the foreclosure of a mortgage. Certain bondholders petitioned to be made parties.

JENKINS, Circuit Judge.

A committee, of which Mr. Johnston Livingston is chairman,, claiming to represent holders of bonds secured by the general second mortgage of the defendant company, has petitioned the court that all or some one member of the committee be made parties or party defendant to this cause. Charles Van Nostrand, in his own behalf, and at the request and for the benefit of a committee of the holders and owners of upwards of $1,-000,000 of the general third mortgage bonds, and in behalf of all others who may join in protecting the interest of the third mortgage bondholders, also…
