MUNGER, District Judge.

Complainants brought this action in the state court to quiet title in them against the claim of title on the part of the respondents to certain real estate in the bill described, situate in the state of Nebraska. The complainants in their bill allege they are the owners in fee simple of said real estate. The respondents deny complainants’ title; allege title in themselves, and that they are in the possession of said premises.
