In this worker’s compensation case the extent of plaintiff’s disability is the principal issue. He has appealed from the judgment of the trial court awarding benefits for partial disability under LSA-R.S. 23:1221(3) contending that he is entitled to benefits for permanent total disability under § 1221(2). The defendants, his employer and the employer’s insurer, have answer*207ed the appeal seeking a limitation of recovery to that for a scheduled disability for the loss of an arm under § 1221(4)(f).
