Nicholas W. Hoffman was adjudicated a bankrupt on July 14, 1911. On the petition of the trustee, Anna C. Hoffman, the wife of the bankrupt, was ordered to turn over to the trustee two certain bonds, issued by the Dover Gas Company, aggregating in value $2,000, which the bankrupt had delivered to his wife within four months of the filing of the petition in bankruptcy.
