This is an appeal from a decision of the Workers’ Compensation Commission finding that it had no authority to vacate its prior opinion and order a new trial on the basis of newly discovered evidence after the thirty-day appeal period had expired. We agree and affirm.

Raymon Brewer sustained a compensable injury to his back during the course and scope of his employment on February 12, 1990.
