DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY

{¶ 1} Charles Robert Davis appeals his convictions for aggravated trafficking in drugs, aggravated possession of drugs, and receiving stolen property following his guilty plea. He contends that he did not voluntarily enter his guilty plea for several reasons. He claims that (1) the charges were inaccurate, (2) the "indictment was wrought with errors," (3) at the plea hearing and in the court's guilty plea entry, the trial court incorrectly referred to count twenty-five as aggravated trafficking in drugs when it should have been aggravated possession of drugs, (4)…
