This case arises out of a labor dispute in the garlic industry of San Benito County. The principal question presented is whether a superior court has jurisdiction to grant injunctive relief, at the suit of a grower, against alleged threats of violent conduct and obstruction of access by a labor organization directed at that grower’s employees and supervisors, or whether the court’s jurisdiction to grant such relief is limited to injunctions sought by the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (ALRB) pursuant to the Agricultural Labor Relations Act (ALRA) (Lab.
