Defendant-Appellant Glenn Benton Finck appeals his 63-month sentence for crimes arising from a scheme to fraudulently acquire motor vehicles. Finck argues that the district court 1 improperly enhanced his sentence for obstruction of justice and use of sophisticated means, and he challenges his sentence under United States v.
